How can I see a property?

How do I apply to rent?

Download the application for the property that you are interested in. All applications can be downloaded in PDF format. Fill the application out, and fax it to us at: 972-661-2701

Can I submit my application to you electronically?

Yes, of course! Download the application for the property you're interested in, fill it out, scan it, and then send it to us via e-mail at: [email protected] As soon as we receive it, we will call you and keep the process moving to allow you to move in as soon as possible!

What is the application fee?

The application fee is $30 per applicant over the age of 18, $35 if it is a joint application for spouses.

Do you allow pets?

We first need to meet your pet before allowing you to have the pet in the rental property. Dogs over 25 lbs. are not permitted. Please call for details.
